Private catalog import default settings #105

Change settings for Private catalogs dropdowns in ZP config to default=Make
visible.

It's a more commonly used choice.

We need a clean magento installation for this.
There are other issues that need a clean install too. Maybe a good idea to tie 
them
up for testing.

I'm kinda lost with this one. What should I see and where?

I tried to uninstall the extension before testing some other issues but I got 
this
err msg:

permission denied (delete):
/mnt/ebs1/apps/magedev/app/code/local/ZetaPrints/WebToPrint/Helper/Personalizati
onForm.php
uninstall failed

I just used the "Reinstall" option.
