Fields not showing if absent from page 1 #151

A customer reported a problem that no fields are showing in the template if
there are no fields on page 1, but there are some on page 2.

We 4 a few test templates/products to verify:

1. page 1 static, var test on page 2
2. page 1 static, var image on page 2
3. page 1, 2 static, var text on page 3
4. page 1,2 static, var img on page 3

Problem does exist on templates with variable text fields only on the second 
page.
Image templates work ok.

The bug is fixed in 1.8.0.0beta11 (installed on magedev)

Fields are showing now.

Tried it on these templates:
Variable text on page 2
http://www.zetaprints.com/magedev/index.php/realestate-ads/variable-text-on-pg2.
html

Variable text on page 3
http://www.zetaprints.com/magedev/index.php/realestate-ads/variable-text-on-pg3.
html

Made a new "mix" template. It has two static pages and the third one has both a
variable image and a variable text field:
http://www.zetaprints.com/magedev/index.php/realestate-ads/static-mix.html
works fine.
