Image tabs order 2 #155

Image tabs order doesn't make sense.

For image fields not opened yet the default active tab should be the one
with the currently selected image.

If nothing is selected the order of priority is:

1. User images
2. Stock images
3. Color picker
4. Upload an image

If a field was opened then the order stays as it was.
