Switch to the latest jQuery #159

We need to keep Magento and ZP in sync.
It would be good to have the latest stable release of jQuery on both.
Not sure what it will break with all the plugins we use.

Replaced jquery-1.3.2.min.js with 1.4.2 contents. Seem to work OK. Please test 
on 
mageimage

jQuery updated to 1.4.2
AJAX Upload - up to date
Color picker - up to date
jquery.qtip - updated to r385

jQuery UI updated to 1.8 (only Draggable, Tabs plugins used)
Fancybox updated to 1.3.1

No file names was changed so far.

Testing routine:
Travel around mageimage and note any JavaScript malfunction

Image editing window is messed up (image_editing_window.png).

Seems like some buttons/fields take longer to respond. This is only in some 
cases,
could be me but it happens in FF and IE. 
Ex. When I close the editing window.. takes 2-3 clicks on the image field title 
bar
to expand it. Could be the new feature of the field highlight that is causing 
it,
anyway, just mentioning it.
