Changing access to catalogues doesn't require any re-indexing in M.

M. always requires price re-index after customer group was added. M. requires 
it because product tire price is set per customer groups. M. doesn't show any 
products for customer from newly created group until product prices are not 
re-indexed.

But sometimes re-indexing product prices right now is not good decision because 
M. store may contain thousands of products.
