Doco: detailed image uploading process #161

We need to describe the image uploading process in more detail.
E.g. a developer ran into a situation when the destination folder for the
uploaded images didn't exist. Was it supposed to be there? Is it created by
the extension? Does it need additional access control rights?

These questions would not arise if the process was properly documented.
