Hash, no ID #173

Looks like some of the data isn't sent to ZP when it should.
Templates can be imported, no problem.

Let's re-write that old code to CURL. Hopefully it will fix the problem as 
discussed.

Customer found problem with IP resolving. Waiting for results.

IP double-up has been resolved. Need to try the latest beta with CURL (Issue 
182)

IP double-up resolved the problem. The customer still reports the problem. Can

You forgot to include resources (css and js files) for the personalization form.
