New theme for in-preview editing. #177

Create a new theme where the input fields show in the preview as well as in
the form.

The theme should sit on top of our default theme.

Users will enable it as they need, where they need.

Not sure how this is suppose to work. 
I changed the theme for this product to "zpinpredtheme":

As I hover over a variable field in the preview, the corresponding field in the 
form
is highlighted (its border changes to orange). Is that what I'm suppose to see?
I changed the theme to "zptheme" and a few other, expecting to see the field
highlighted in the preview but not in the form. Didn't see that. Please give 
testing
instructions in case I misunderstood.

To turn on fields highlighting and reverse fields highlighting use 
"zpinpredtheme"
theme where you want this features. "zptheme" theme doesn't contain all of this 
stuff.
