XSLT proc requirements

We need to explain a bit more what sort of XSLT processor the extension
needs, what they are called, how to ask the host, how to check for one, etc.

One customer is claiming to have difficulties getting one installed. I
suspect it's more common than we think.

2 line in a wiki page where we list dependencies should be enough.

There's already description of XSLT dependency on the wiki. See at the end of
