PDF proofs for saved orders #191

Some templates are configured to generate a low res PDF when an order is
saved. PDF details should be available in the order details XML.

We need to show a link to the PDF file, where it exists.

The link should show in the cart and in the item details. It should be
available to the customer.
Make sure that the final output files are not available.
The difference would be if the order was properly generated or just saved.

Tested on this product:

in FF, IE and Chrome.
Personalized the product and added it to my cart. Did not proceed to checkout.

PDF proof link shows up in shopping cart on FF and Chrome(pdf_proof_1.png)
IE shows it a bit buggy (pdf_proof_2.png)

I don't understand where else I should be able to see the PDF proof link - item
details. There is no link in the item list in the right column (items.png)

Well, it's going to be a problem under HTTPs. We need implement a proxy and 
update
the wiki.

HELP: we need something simple that simply says, yes, it's possible, see these 
links
to enable it ... + a screenshot.

Can't upload images on dev server. Tried it here, this product has PDF proof 
enabled.
Should I just ignore the images bug for this testing?

I got a "server not found"/ err page after clicking on the PDF proof link.
Tried it on this product:

Otherwise, link shows up ok in "My Cart". IE styles problem from previous 
testing is
fixed. Tested in FF, IE and Chrome.

Confusing.
Can we make Select on Click ?
At the moment it is Select on Show. I looked it and it wasn't clear what to do 
with it.
