PDF download by users #198

We need to provide an option for users to download output files (any output
files generated) when:

a) the order was completed
b) the template allows downloading files by users

All templates from Real Estate Ads on magento.zetaprints.com were set as
ALLOW. The following template was set as DOWNLOAD ONLY.

CB76D7F5-9DF9-417D-847A-152A5C2C8BBE

I suppose you need re-import them to get updated info.

The links to downloading the files should appear in order details. Provide
a class name so that it can be styled separately.

Can't access /mageimage/ as an admin or reach the final order page as a user. 
Please remove the block from issue #192 or set up /magedev/ for testing this 
issue.

Does it work for PDF links only? WHat about JPG/GIF/PNG?
Do links still show if allow/download options are un-checked?
