Customer deployment for 192 / 198 #213

We need to deploy and test issue 192 and issue 198 in a customer setting.

Wasn't able to test this issue since it required to many changes to the customer
store. We need to confirm them with the owner and get approval since changes 
have to
be made to payment options, checkout needs to be enabled, prices, tax, delivery
options etc.
If there's a way we can set up one product to be open, that would be ok for 
testing.
Otherwise, the issue is on hold.

Customer reported problems with image editor in FF.

The image editor works now, but in Firefox, it doesn't show the full image the 
first
time you click "Edit". If you close it out and click it again, the full image 
loads.
No problem in IE.
