Upsell with prepared previews #222

Once a user clicks on an upsell product with personalisation the product
page should show a preview with all available user data.

1. request template XML with user cache data
2. If the cache has data copy it into fields and send a request for preview
generation with Preserve=1 param in the form. It will generate a preview
without clearing empty fields.
3. If no cache data was returned with the template show the product with
the default preview.
4. Show the default preview if anything goes wrong (e.g. a preview could
not be generated)

We definitely want this feature on cross-sells (click on a product from a 
shopping cart). These are "buy on top".
We do not want it on upsells (show at the bottom of a product page). These are 
more like buy this one instead.
We do need to investigate related products, but it's not clear how to handle 
them.

Can't check the wiki. The diff highlights a totally unrelated part of the 
document.
It will help if you post a link to a diff between the latest and the pre-change 
version.

I'm guessing it is to be tested on Magento (DEV)?

Feature is not active for cross-sell products. Tested it on this product:

Assigned 3 other templates as cross-sell products and I see them in My cart 
page after adding the initial product in my cart. Once I click on one of the 
cross-sell products (cross_sell_1.png), it leads me to the product page but the 
preview is not an updated preview with the cached input, it is just the product 
page with fields populated with my last input.

Did you click on Add to cart button or product name or product image? It works 
only then you click on Add to cart button.

Yep, works when I hit "Add to cart" button on an cross-sell product. Tested it 
here:

Opens a cross-sell product with preview regeneration in progress automatically

Hm. Not impressed how it turned out.
Had to watch that spinning wheel icon for a while. Slow ZP response.
I wonder if it's better to show the default preview, the icon over it and 
replace the default with generated when one finally arrives.

Can we just try to see if it's better?

The current icon is hardly noticeable (loader.png). Lets try this new one, it 
is the same icon, just added a background to it.

smooth to rounded edges.

One question though... Is the size an issue? I might have to change it later, 
maybe make it bigger or smth. Can I simply replace the image in the server 
without causing problems?

Change the spinning wheel to grey scale.
Anyone updating the extension gets not only new features, but they get a change 
the styles as well. We can't do this to existing users.

Otherwise it's pretty good!

Loader is replaced with the new grey one.

Looks a bit weird having a grey large loader and an orange small one. Do you 
think we should make the small one grey as well (grey_loader.png)? If you share 
my opinion, I've attached a greyscale version of the small loader as well.
