Add a parameter to return full XML from ZP #225

Add Xml=1 to preview and save order requests.

Magento needs to know the full details straight away.

It's held by ZP at the moment, but once the param is added we need to
change eveything at the mage end to handle it.

Test it on magento (DEV)

Xml parameter was added to update preview and save order requests.

We don't really need to test this one now.
You'll need this feature to work with shapes, so any problems will crop up 
sooner or later.
