fatal error : at the time of place your order #235

Hi all,

i am facing a problem in magneto webtoprint extension for magento, i am using 
magento 1.3.3.0 and magento-w2p 1.8.1.0 with custom theme. every thing is fine 
expect when i click on place your order for order conformation they give me an 
error bellow:

"fatal error : call to a memeber function getState() on a non-object in 
/home/nko9090/public_html/printpress/app/code/local/Zetaprints/webtoprint/model/
events/observer.php line 218"

i fine in issues and user API guide line but not found that problem kindly help 
me, also attach a screenshot for more help

magento-w2p 1.8.1.0 is not compatible with magento 1.3

Please, use Magento 1.4
