Another category creation BUG #246

Can't create categories on /magedev/. Navigate to:
http://ec2-174-129-95-130.compute-1.amazonaws.com/magedev/ admin panel
Catalog / manage categories
Click "Add subcategory"

This time I get an err msg saying:
Invalid Form key, try refreshing the page (form_key.png).

Actually, this is not relative to the extension. But all works fine, I created 
test category without any hacks.
