Inclusion of JS/CSS - Githubissues

The following email from a customer raises a question that we have a gap in the 
documentation.
I suspect it's a couple of lines to add to the existing doco to explain this.

I'm using the CustomThemeNative 
(http://code.google.com/p/magento-w2p/wiki/CustomThemeNative) to try and 
configure zetaprints latest build under our custom theme. I'm working with a 
theme that is designed with the new "base" model and installed by using the 
design section. My question is can I configure zptheme and w2p module for the 
latest framework "under the frontend/base directory and not the 
frontend/default" using the latest documentation located at 
code.google.com/p/magento-w2p/wiki/CustomThemeNative? and if so can you give me 
any hints on why the recommended method does not show the w2p css or module on 
the product view page?. Any ideas on where I should look? i've tried copying 
files needed over to the base/customtemplate directory but that does not seem 
to work, no errors just nothing visible.
