Added support to gnome3 #2

Gnome3 (aka gnome-shell) changed the way thumbnailers are loaded in nautilus.

My fork adds support for it (chosen automatically at install time by the install.py script).

Well, duh. I forgot to add the epub.thumbnailer file in git, apparently. Will update soon.
