Add detection and installation for tumbler #21

This removes the need to manually add the thumbnailer to tumbler.rc for end users.

@xtrymind mind checking out the changes I made and verify that everything still works? I don't have access to a machine with tumbler right now.

I also added you to the README as a collaborator. Let me know if you prefer to be referenced with any other name/url instead.

@marianosimone yup, this work perfectly!. also, my bad, since the last one work perfectly apart from incorrect mmap name, so i'm just waiting for this to be merged :grin:
