Sitzungsbezogene Anhänge werden noch nicht in DB geschrieben #12

Beim Scrapen einer Sitzung (Funktion: get_session_details) werden zwar die Anhänge zur Sitzung (für Einladung, Protokoll etc.) abgerufen, aber sie bekommen keinen Datenbank-Eintrag.

Beispiel:

Die Sitzung http://ratsinformation.stadt-koeln.de/to0040.asp?__ksinr=8772 hat 6 sitzungsbezogene Anhänge

385740 388017 390293 390378 390384 385973

Für diese gibt es jedoch keine Einträge in der Tabelle 'attachments'.
