Der Code wurde für Python 2 geschrieben. Ich gehe also nicht davon aus.

Soll scrape-a-ris denn überhaupt noch genutzt werden?

Eigentlich nicht. Soweit ich es verstehe, unterstützt Somacos OParl. Damit müsste Scrapen eigentlich überflüssig sein.
