Allow splitting installation - the binary to be installed in Program Files and 
the Settings folder in a user writable area.

This has been fixed in the application by adding a configuration to specify the 
workspace path 

pending :

- the installer needs to have a way of allowing the user to specify the path

it doesnt seem to work .after installing via the pack what is to be clicked on 
windows?
