Upon switching documents, the structure tree does not appear refreshed #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open an existing document in the editor
2.review the structure the in the structure panel
3.now open a new document or open another document

What is the expected output?
the structure panel immediately reflects the structure of the new document

 What do you see instead?
the structure does not update for a while.

Fixed - added an update event to the floating panels which is called from the 
tabbed panels.
