UI changes - translator and validation tabs #29

The validation tab and the translation tab have some duplicated functionality 
and too many buttons.

To DO :

 -- Differentiate between the UI functionality of the 2 tabs 
 -- Convert some of the buttons to check boxes to be able to group actions
