Hide windows terminal window when launching editor on windows #47

Either launch without using the batchfile mechanism or detach the launched 
application from the 
command line window so it closes automatically after launch

Use a .vbs script to invoke the batch file.

The .vbs script allows wrapping and launching a batch file in silent mode.
