Translator does not startup on windows #52

The translator tab displays the Akomantoso translator service as 'not
running' when the editor is started on windows.

There is no 'nohup' utility on windows.

The editor uses nohup to start the translation server on ubuntu.

To Do :

check for current operating system, and launch without nohup on windows.

Removed nohup on windows and used quoted paths.
