TO DO :

Add UI to search for speeches by MP name 
   -- Search form uses autocomplete to select MP name
     # MP names are gathered by an XQuery that returns MP name / MP uri from existing body of xml docs and 
returns as JSON
     # Ajax autocomplete uses JSON feed to filter MP names
   -- Submitted MP name is matched to corresponding URI and all speeches matching the MP's URI are 
searched for the in the system

Bungeni Integration via JSON completed -- browse bungeni listings within eXist 
using AutoComplete ... 

still todo : return search results as html in exist
