Bungeni Editor UI Upgrade #80

The editor currently uses multiple floating windows - all the neccessary
funcitonaly must be grouped into a single floating window.

Attached is a proposed UI layout for the single window.

Deprecate the right floating panel interface ... merge the floating panel 
classes
into the left hand pane.
