Bungeni Editor runs Exeception while running Structural Rules Checker #97

Once the options in the Tabbed Pane 'Validate' in the tool bar are selected and 
checks for correct structure are run, an exception Option Pane is displayed. 
The specific exception thrown is "There was an error while running the 
structural rules checker"

This is most likely out-of-date code. The structural checker api changed during 
an iteration and some parts of its implementation in the editor need to be 
looked at again.

A review of the defined rules for each of the document types is what remains
