Allow user to select XML output location #99

Once the "Transform to XML" action is selected, the generated output is sent to 
the a predefined folder ("workspace"). The proposal is to throw a JFileDialog 
to allow the user to confirm/change the default output folder for the generated 
XML file

Must be in the workspace folder based on current design of BungeniEditor
