Bump fipp version #451

maybe we can just wait until https://github.com/greglook/puget/pull/41 is deployed to be able to remove the need for version pinning all together?

@philomates it is already deployed into puget version "1.1.1-SNAPSHOT".

okay, I merged and followed up with https://github.com/marick/Midje/commit/16944d3915dd76d1e13bcf1e282b94c76dcc3756
