I think I corrected all the code left by Dimitri:

weather (missing snow calculation)
phenology (and added phenology for maize and legumes)
LAI
DMproduction all the waterstresscoefficients still need to be computed, as well as the effet of dry soil surface (remaining gaps in the code are marked by icicici)
