Control over account #27

As a Muhlenberg user, I want to have control over my account, so I don't need to contact an administrator whenever I have a problem.

[x] Include options to edit account information
[x] Create a settings page
[ ] Implement PHP to update the user's account in the database with the new information

This will require our website to have clear and simple labels to understand to help the user navigate through the website
