As a new user, I want to make an account so that I may log in later and have my information saved, as well as be able to buy and sell books.

[x] Create a sign up page
[x] Implement PHP to save the new account information to the database
[x] check if passwords are the same
[x] make sure ID, email, username aren't repeated
