Preconditions

Steps to reproduce

Step 1 Action: Log in to the user account
Step 2 Action: Browse or search for products to purchase
Step 3 Action: Add products to the shopping cart below 100 lv
Step 4 Action: Navigate to shopping cart Expected Result: Shipping cost is dispplayed and is not free
Step 5 Action: Complete the checkout process and verify that the order page confirms free shipping Expected Result: Shipping cost is free and is calculated accordingly
