Client (Pidgin, finch, empathy, etc): Pidgin 2.9.0
Client Version:
LibPurple Version: 2.9.0
PrplTwtr Version: 0.9.0
Operating System: WinXP SP3

Problem/Feature request (Be as specific as possible. Steps to reproduce are
especially helpful):
I upgraded from prpltwtr 0.8 to 0.9, and now, all icons disappeared, as well as
all the graphics shortcuts in the twitts (clickable hashtags, graphic retweet,
etc...)
I had to delete my twitter account in pidgin AND delete all prpltwtr 0.9 DLLs
to be able to downgrade to prpltwtr 0.8 and get back all graphic features.

did you check if the gtkprpltwtr plugin was enabled?

The old plugin use prpltwtr.dll and gtkprpltwtr.dll, in your pidgin/plugins
directory. The new one should use three different files in pidgin/plugins:
libgtkprpltwtr.dll, libprpltwtr_twitter.dll, and libprpltwtr_statusnet.dll. It
also creates a file libprpltwtr.dll in pidgin/ .

For Windows, the installation should have cleaned out the old files and added
the new ones (although sometimes you need to manually re-activate GtkPrplTwtr
from the plugins dialog). If this didn't happen, can you please send me a list
of what files you had before and after?

Thanks

You were right.
Upgrading your plugin disabled the gtkprpltwtr plugin.
Enabling it solved my issues.
Everything else was correct.
Thanks a lot for your help.

thanks. I think it may not be enabled automatically because it's a new
filename. I hope that this is the last time I will need to change it.

I added a note to the front page, so hopefully no one else will have problems.
Thanks for saving everyone else!
