Client Version: 2.9.0
LibPurple Version: 2.9.0
PrplTwtr Version: 0.9
Operating System: WinXP

Problem/Feature request (Be as specific as possible. Steps to reproduce are
especially helpful): prpltwtr is not using the proxy settings set in the proxy 
tab of the twitter account

Good find!

I was using an API that would only respect the global proxy settings, not the 
per account ones.

I'm attaching an installer for the latest source (before I check it in); can 
you please try it and confirm that it solves your issue?
