Client Version: several
LibPurple Version:
PrplTwtr Version: 0.11.0
Operating System: Win 7 with 64 bit

Problem/Feature request (Be as specific as possible. Steps to reproduce are
especially helpful):
It worked fine until these days around Sep. 27 2011.
I always encounter "Account deactivated"
"Error receiving request token: Status code 404"
from twitter.

Change in their protocol?

I believe this is the same root cause as issue 61. I don't know what causes it; 
it seems that disabling (or enabling HTTPS) sometimes fixes it.

I'm still investigating...
