Missing avatars, actions link, and character counter #80

Client Version: 2.10.5
LibPurple Version: 2.10.5
PrplTwtr Version: 0.12.0
Operating System: Fedora 17 x86_64

Problem/Feature request (Be as specific as possible. Steps to reproduce are
especially helpful):

I'm unsure of steps to reproduce this issue. After I installed and configured 
PrplTwtr and configured my Twitter account I was getting the avatars of folks 
tweeting, the * with various actions as well as the character counter for 
tweets. After a restart of my workstation when I re-opened Pidgin all three of 
those items have gone away from my twitter chats while the client is working 
fine otherwise.

See attached screenshot for what it looks like now.

Can you confirm that GtkPrplTwtr is installed and enabled?

No it wasn't. I don't believe I had seen anything in the README about that. I 
find it interesting that it worked when I first configured the Twitter account 
but then it obviously wasn't loading on a restart of pidgin later.
