unable to login to twitter due to API change #90

Client Version: Pidgin 2.10.7, Finch 2.10.7 
LibPurple Version: 2.10.7
PrplTwtr Version: 0.12.0
Operating System: 3.9.5-1-ARCH x86_64 GNU/Linux

Problem:
upon login to twitter I receive this:
Error verifying credentials: The Twitter REST API v1 is no longer active. 
Please migrate to API v1.1. https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api/1.1/overview.

Step to reproduce:
dl/install prpltwtr
add account
enable account
wait for error
