Debian packaging is outdated #93

Operating System: Linux

The debian packaging used in the is very outdated. I would like to update this 
so i can maintain it in debian and xubuntu might use this as a default program.

Could you please add this, and in the next release of prpltwtr, make sure that 
debian/changelog has the current version?
If you can release before mid january, this can be a default program in Xubuntu 
and Lubuntu.

the current version at Google Code does not work; can you for from the 
twitter-json branch at github.com/mikeage/prpltwtr and send a pull request? 
I'll be happy to accept it there.

Would you mind checking that the dependencies are all correct?
Then just make sure the version is right when you next release.
