NOTE: We did a trick to workaround a bug in LIGO related to testing code with tickets. See the comment in layer1/contracts/src/ticket_api_workaround.mligo (see https://gitlab.com/ligolang/ligo/-/merge_requests/1725 for the fixed)

I squashed all commit that everyone is approved in ce78f88 40b818f is the new change made today.
