[issue 40] Merge block storage and finalization in inbox #53

Block storage and finalization where limited to a test smart contract chain_sc.mligo. This PR includes a refactoring to isolate business logic from the smart contract into a subpart of the lib chain_endpoints.mligo with two modules Endpoints and Views. Then those two modules are used to include block storage and finalization in inbox_sc.mligo.
