ok got it, a first popup was asking me for Metamask ETH L1, then another similar popup (above) to conenct to the layer 2 of Starkgate. So it is done on 2 popups in order , L1 then L2. So it is different from before UX of arbitrum and Optimism where you have to login once, and then switch network all the time

When I click on it, it redirect me to ETH L1 Kovan and display an error that there is nothing to claim ... too early I suppose, need to wait 1 week
