Change XTZ deposit by Ctez deposit only #20

We do not want to manage any delegation for holding XTZ, so :

DEPOSIT

we ask to sign User to swap XTZ again Ctez and give treasury and approval on these ctez
we change Ctez against Ctez-tickets and sent it to L2

WITHDRAW :

we burn Ctez tickets
we give the choice either to redeem ctez or swap Ctez against XTZ
- ctez : treasury gives it back to user
- xtz : treasury gives approval for user to take ctez and propose to swap it right away to XTZ

Swap operations : User pays for it
