Bugs in Ubuntu #8

Describe the bug 1.- cant see the icons up right to control the state of the screen 2.- cant import an anki file and see the Chinese anki_export.txt characters

1 - Since this commit: https://github.com/pop-os/libcosmic/commit/1e5828e01cfaffe99f1c3505083b1f590363a33e the window control icons of libcosmic applications are loaded from the theme instead of being shipped with each application which essentially means if you don't have cosmic or the cosmic-theme installed you don't have the window control icons (even tho the controls are there and work normally). (I'm aware of this and I don't know if there are plans for fixing this but I believe I can't do anything to fix that myself).

2 - From what I can see In the screenshot the Anki file has been correctly imported however the Flatpak is not able to load a font that is able to display the characters in Chinese, that's why instead of seeing your Chinese words you see this squares usually refereed as 'tofu'. Can you try installing the Chinese Noto Fons in your system (which you can download here: https://fonts.google.com/noto/specimen/Noto+Sans+SC) and try again? (I don't know if a restart is needed or not).
