Traditional Chinese for the 4th edition #585

Hello Marijn: Thank you for writing this book. I'm currently working on the traditional Chinese translation of the fourth edition at the following URL:https://github.com/heyrian/Eloquent-JavaScript/commits/4th-zh-TW/

I started the translation today, and I've already translated the introduction, and I'm working on the first chapter. I'll submit a pull request and the URL for the traditional Chinese translation when it's ready.

Hi @heyrian Heyrian can we collaborate on the translation? I was thinking it might not be necessary to open another issue for Simplified Chinese translation.
