When I use a custom DPI with windows, the wallpaper is not properly scaled.
If I revert the DPI back to the default 100% in windows, the scaling is perfect.
I tried multiple DPI values and the issue is happening as soon as you use something different than 100%.
When using a custom DPI value of 135%, I notice that this file dimensions are "1418 x 798" instead of "1920 x 1080":
