Steps to Reproduce 1) Navigate to: http://webcompat.com/ 2) Fill out the form. 3) Hover over either submit button.

Expected Behavior: On hover, I should still be able to read the text of the button.

Actual Behavior: On hover, the entire button turns yellowish, including the text, so I cannot read the button.
