You can already drag and drop activities/resources.

Section drag&drop is currently disabled because I could not figure out how to implement it when I first looked at it. I can make another attempt

I see that I can drag and drop activities/resources so that is covered. If you could look into section drag & drop would be great.

Hello, yes it would be great to be able to drag subsections, both in the course page and in the course structure on the left.
